Assist trophies count, right? Because I say they totally do.
That said, Jeff & Lucas, gen -- Jeff teaches Lucas the finer points of aiming a bottle rocket. Bonus points if one of the 'villain' Smashers is a target. ;3

Not the one who claimed this but I thought I would give this a shot since I've been waiting a while to see this one get done.
"There are three parts to a bottle rocket. You have the cone, the engine, and the guide. The cone is for aerodynamics, but it can sometimes have the stuff to make the rocket pretty, like...fireworks or a parachute. The engine is the fuel in the tube. Most use either the traditional powder, but the more fun stuff is the whistle mix, which is what I got, okay? And last, and very important, the guide. Okay, guide stick. Since this is just a simple bottle rocket, its got no fins so, we'll use the guide to make sure it takes off straight. Got that Lucas?"
The boy in question only scratched the back of his head, ruffling a bit of his blonde hair in the process. "I think so..."
The other boy, also blonde, pushed the bridge of his glasses with his free hand. With his other, he held in place a very, very simplistic bottle rocket up right. Both boys were on their knees on a small hill. They were alone for the most part, being a small way always from the larger party. According to Ness, this was the time of year his country would have a big celebration. Something about independence, but no one at the mansion really cared. They grabbed at every chance to get out for a party. So the Hands let the smashers out on the grounds for an outdoor bar-b-que type shin-dig, even letting Jeff join in the fun. At first the little genius wanted to politely refuse the offer, but Ness was having none of that. The capped hero grabbed his friend by the collar and tossed the blonde out the door.
During the course of the party, Ness introduced Jeff to Lucas properly. Once it got dark enough, Ness insisted on fireworks. Lucas, being the little country boy he is, nervously asked what those were. So after a lot of generalizations from Ness, with Jeff trying his best to correct his energetic friend at every sentence, Lucas asked if they were like what Jeff used during matches when he was summoned. And that, brought them to where they were now. Up on a near by hill, a small pile of various fireworks behind Jeff, Lucas beside him as his helper, and Ness watching intently at a nearby tree.
"Okay, well, you don't need to remember the technicalities. Just remember to make sure its straight before you light it. These things aren't as forgiving as some of these other ones we'll be firing off." Adjusting the stick one more time, Jeff stood, satisfied with the rocket's position. "Usually for these kinds, we'd put the rocket into a bottle, hence the name. Makes the whole aiming thing a bit easier." Reaching into his pocket, the boy genius handed a match to Lucas. "I know you have PK abilities like Ness, but I think will be safer for your first time. Ready?"
Carefully, Lucas took hold of it, looking at it with apprehension. "Are you sure its going to go straight?"
"You can never be sure with bottle rockets. But thats half the fun isn't it?"
Looking up, Lucas was surprised to see Jeff smiling. He returned it softly with a nod. Turning his head, the blonde almost laughed seeing Ness egging him on with a thumbs up. "Alright, lets go for it."
Bending down on one knee, Lucas lit the match as Jeff quickly moved the other fireworks to a slightly safer distance. As soon as Lucas got the fuse started, the two blondes took off down the hill with Ness not far behind. The three stopped and turned once the rocket shot off into the night sky, smiling at their handiwork. But their excitement was short lived as the cone arched and made a beeline for the boys.
